(Released June 1, 2015)

In episode ten, Jim1537 and his wife, Meremystic, talk about the meaningful  and transformational role of goals and dreams in our spiritual journey.

In this episode:

  • How dreams are an inherent part of our journey
  • Ties into our past lives, karma, dharma and the evolution of the soul
  • How talents and abilities connect to our goals and dreams
  • Does having the dream necessarily mean achieving it?
  • Lessons we learn through striving for a goal
  • The motivational and transformational aspects of goals and dreams
  • And much, much more….

How do we evaluate the role of goals and dreams in our spiritual journey? Are we supposed to be striving for non-attachment or, focusing on our deepest desires so we can manifest them? By examining the interconnection of the dreams we want to achieve and the lessons we are here to learn, we begin to see our goals in a new perspective that can enlighten us as well as transform and empower our decisions and choices.

Episode 6: Thanksgiving – A Time for Gratitude

(Released: November 23, 2013)

A special Thanksgiving episode!

Practically all religions and spiritual teachings champion the practice of gratitude – and it can’t be overstated just how much it works wonders in our lives. As the holidays approach, I thought it would be a great idea to use Thanksgiving, a time when we are already supposed to be thankful as a commemoration, reminder, and motivational tool to not only practice gratitude now, but to learn to make it a daily habit.

In this episode:

  • The importance of gratitude
  • What gratitude is and how it changes the world around us
  • Practicing the “attitude of gratitude”
  • The benefits of practicing gratitude
  • What to do when gratitude doesn’t come naturaly
  • A gratitude toolbox
  • And much, much more….

However, the pressures of hoiday stress, frustration with where we’re at with our lives currnetly, as well as not knowing how to make gratitude a part of our routine can make it seem like a daunting task. Even if we have the best of intentions, we may not know what we need to do.

In the 6th MTFT Podcast episode, my wife, Meremystic, and I clearly explain and offer many tools that you can use through this holiday season and beyond to make your personal gratitude journey, correctly and effectively. Spiritually and metaphysically speaking, having an attitude of gratitude is one of the most powerful and transformational tools that the divine universe affords each of us.
